The Breath Warrior approach to breathwork is a bit more action filled, fun and not so repetitive and monotonous as many modalities out there.

We combine and practice many active breathing styles in a rhythmic way, during short high intensity interval phases, short holds, squeezes and releasing body shakes, accompanied by powerful music to create a magical journey within and beyond.

Recovery & Performance

As an athlete we have to understand that breathing fuels our muscles and by optimizing our breathing capabilities we can be a more efficient athlete. Through training we can improve our performance and recovery times by adding breath training to our normal training routines.

An athlete that breathes right will not fatigue as fast, and will recover faster than athletes without breath training.
